INTERIOR DESIGN FAQ’s

How our services work

Our 3 packages all have slightly different features, they designed to suit your project specifications and budget. An overview of each is outlined below. If you’re unsure about how to work alongside an interior designer, there is plenty of information available in our blog section.

    • Initial 1 hour conversation - either by phone, online or face-to-face

    • Completion by Client of W&B Briefing Document

    • Site visit to measure and finalise full scope of project

    • Provision of technical drawings (general arrangement and elevations included). Rendered drawings at an additional cost*

    • Presentation of several schemes (depends on room layout, but always a minimum of 3)

    • This includes broad ideas on spatial planning, colour, flooring, fabric ideas and furnishings

    • Final mood board of chosen room design – refined until you’re happy

    • Source items as per plan (furniture, artwork et al)

    • Quote for design and creation of window dressings, any hardware and additional soft furnishings as required

    • Liaising with relevant trades to install any hardware required

    • Oversee ordering, bespoke manufacture and installation of all items (additional costs apply)

    *Where necessary we can include a set of coloured rendered drawings for any space, these are priced at £250 per room

  • This is our most comprehensive package, it includes all the steps in the Home Consultancy package. In addition we will oversee and liaise with all trades and manage the installation of all aspects of the project. When working on a whole house project we give special consideration to harmony within your home.

    We focus on ensuring colour, fabrics, textures and patterns flow and create consistency. Our oversight brings the beauty of bespoke interior design to life and gives you a unique home to enjoy.

    • Site visit to measure and finalise full scope of project. We do charge a fee of £75 +VAT for this which is fully refundable against any future order

    • Presentation of minimum 10 fabric options for window scheme(s)

    • Quote for design and creation of window dressings, all hardware required and additional soft furnishings required

    • Liaise with trades required to install any hardware required

    • Oversee ordering, manufacturing and installation of all items (additional costs apply)

GENERAL FAQ’S

    • Most of our projects are in Surrey, Kent, and East Sussex, including Tunbridge Wells, Sevenoaks, Lingfield, and other sought-after areas such as Oxted, Reigate, and Westerham. However, we’d be delighted to discuss projects further afield—so wherever you're based, please get in touch!

  • Any personal information you share with us is carefully stored. There is no need for us to share your information with anyone as all orders/deliveries are managed by us. If for any reason this changes we will ask your permission first.
